Check whether your payment provider shows the transaction as completed, pending or failed.
Confirm the amount and transaction/reference information.
Check whether the selected payment method is currently available to your account or region.
Avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly while an earlier transaction is pending.
Check whether your account balance has updated after a completed payment.
If funds were deducted but the balance was not updated, keep the payment reference.
Contact the relevant official support channel for an account-specific payment investigation.
